So many states and organizations acoss the US are trying to get underage clients ban from tanning beds.  What does this mean for our salons and our business?  With so many of our client underage, how are we to fulfill the loss of income we will face? On top of the new tan tax on our beds, we have so much to think about and how our businesses will be changing in the near future. We love to hear your opinions and how you may be dealing with these issues.

OK, I am having my 1st modinelg photoshoot next week and was wondering about Airbrushed Tanning. I'm curious if it covers imperfections like Airbrush Makeup does. I'm not talking about doing the Mystic Tanning in a Tanning Salon somewhere that is not Airbrushed Tanning. I'm talking about where you go to a spa and have a professional spray you head to toe with a tanning solution with a fine mist gun like Airbrushed Makeup. Those who have had it know the difference. Anyway, I'm curious if it covers like freckles, or skin imperfections the way the makeup can? Or if its just like a typical spray tan coverage. Thank You in advance!

A Spray tan will help cover your flaws but it will not erase them completely. I personally have a spot on my arm and it is lighter than more other skin tone. That area will not tan for anything.

People who do spray tanning do know the difference from an automatic booth tan, and and tech performing session. That is because a machine can not see. A personal eye can see mistakes in a tanning session and correct them. A person can also even out tan lines which again a machine can not do. I have only been to an automatic booth once and that was enough. Never again.
