Note: Summary of Ordering Rules

Must all of our equipment and supplies ship same day as long as order is in before 2:00 p.m. central time. This includes items such as the Maxi-Mist, Tan Essentials, Disposable supply, must all tanning solutions and products, and portable tents. Not all items are listed.

There is however a few items that can take up to three days to process through. These items for the most part are the Badger Airbrush, Colour Me products, Sass-ee Products, and the larger tanning booths. Iwata does ship within one business day for the most part but they also can take up to three days. Iwata manufactures is also located on the west coast so shipping to the East can take 4 to 5 days. All other equipment and supply is shipped from the East.

We are located on the east coast so shipments to the west can take 4 to 5 days. Must east coast shipments take only 2 to 3 days. Orders are shipped for the most part by UPS and FEDEX. You can track your orders through our website anytime.  There is a link at the top of your screen for this and just type in your order number from your receipt.  Tracking information will be provided and also any notes from us which may include back orders and expected shipping dates for them. We also include notes when speaking directly with a customer on an issue or problem they may be having with that order. Notes about refunds can also be found.

Returns on equipment is allowed only within the first 30 days for a full refund (shipping is excluded).  Samples of tanning solutions provided with the equipment can be kepted at no charge. Tanning Solutions can only be returned if they have not been opened or tampered with and within the 30 day period. This is a FDA regulation that must be followed. We provided a wide range of samples for you to try before purchasing in large bulks so please keep that in mind if your not sure.

Tanning solutions are always stocked from month to month for fresh content when shipped. In the hottest parts of the year we only ship Tan Solutions by two day express and only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is to ensure your item is not damage by long periods in the heat.

Equipment for the most part is shipped by manufactures for your warranty purposes. We keep records and the manufactures do also on when equipment was purchased for this. Tanning Solution samples are for the must part shipped with equipment.  If you have ordered additional items, there may be an additional package sent. If your recieve a package and it is not complete, please check our website for tracking information to make sure all packages have been received.
