Everything about this unit has one purpose, providing an absolute perfect full body Spray Tan every time in under 3 minutes using the least amount of product solution.(normally 2oz or less) The system is so user friendly anyone can master the application in only a few sessions.
This system is perfect for Salon use as well as a lightweight compact mobile system all in one package, no need to have different units for different purposes. The HV 5800 has a great feature installed on the Turbine Motor, on board air hose and spray gun storage. When not in use you can simply wrap the hose around the unit with the attached hose clips for neat and tidy storage or mobility, the Spray Gun has its own on-board storage also.
Turbine HVLP systems work off of high volumes of air.You can have too much and even more important, many systems produce way to little and cause uneven splatter.
It also provides the PERFECT amount of airflow to give you the best results, not to much, and most important, not to little. (55 cubic feet per minute or CFM). This motor runs cooler than any other turbine motor we have ever tested in its class, hot running motors have short life spans, much like your car engine, if it over heats, you have problems. All turbines sound like vacuum cleaners, some louder (much louder) than others. This unit runs quieter than any we know of in its class, which makes using it in a salon environment not an issue; you can speak without yelling while the unit is running in a 6x6 room., sounds more like a blow dryer that a commercial wet vac.
One of the most import elements of a turbine system and often most over looked is the filter that prevents material (over spray/mist) from entering the motor itself. Most systems either have no filter at all or make it almost impossible to clean or change. The HV 5800 motors filter is located in a very convenient place that you notice so you don't forget its there. It's easy to get to and clean and we even include a second spare filter..
